EU AI Act Art. 50 disclosure

Log disclosure events and return badge text for AI-generated imagery and chatbots. Requires ai_transparency. Does not auto-embed on customer sites — deployer owns legal compliance (Reg. 2024/1689). No C2PA signing in this API.

Log a disclosure

POST with type of image (Art. 50(4)) or chatbot (Art. 50(1)). Optional locale and asset_id. Response includes disclosure_id, badge_text, and legal reference.

Audit manifest

GET paginated disclosure log (cursor via after, max 200/page). Timestamp, asset ID, disclosure text, locale, and legal reference per event.

Badge & widget

GET /api/v1/transparency/badge/{id} — public HTML badge for a logged disclosure UUID (no API key)
GET /api/v1/transparency/widget.js — embeddable Art. 50 disclosure script (deployer embeds)

Limits & errors

Monthly event caps: Starter 5K · Growth 50K · Scale 500K. Over quota → 429. Module missing → 403. This product helps deployers meet Art. 50 disclosure duties — it is not legal advice.
