AI Video API

AI Product Video

Turn one product photo into a short promotional MP4 via REST — async job+poll. Requires the ai_video module on your key. Processing typically 60–120s, polled via poll_url. Output is a short vertical MP4 on the KadmilOS CDN — not a full video editor.

Generate a video

POST a public HTTPS image_url. JPEG, PNG, and WebP work. Clean product shots with a neutral background produce the best results. Aspect ratio and duration are fixed in the current API version (short vertical MP4).

POST /api/v1/ai/video

curl -sS -X POST https://www.vinket.eu/api/v1/ai/video \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $KADMILOS_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "image_url": "https://cdn.yourbrand.com/sku-001.jpg"
  }'

Response shape (async job+poll)

POST returns ok, job_id, status (processing), and poll_url — not a direct video URL
Poll GET poll_url until status is completed, then read output_url — MP4 on KadmilOS CDN
Failures return generic processing errors — no vendor names in client JSON

json

// POST /api/v1/ai/video
{
  "ok": true,
  "job_id": "…",
  "status": "processing",
  "poll_url": "/api/ai/jobs/…",

}

// GET poll_url, once completed
{
  "status": "completed",
  "output_url": "https://cdn.kadmilos.vinket.eu/…/result.mp4"
}

Limits & errors

Monthly generation caps apply per plan. Over quota returns 429 with upgrade guidance. Missing image_url → 400. Module missing → 403.
