Background removal via REST — transparent PNG for catalog and marketplace prep. Current API applies bg_remove only (no enhance / crop / white-background ops yet). Requires image_prep.

Remove background

POST a public HTTPS image_url. The only operation applied today is background removal. Response field operations_applied lists what ran (["bg_remove"]).

Limits & errors

Monthly caps per plan. Over quota → 429. Missing image_url → 400. Module missing → 403. Processing failure → 502 (generic message).
